To fix the DNS issue on the Microsoft Windows:

• Open Command window
Click "Start", in the "search" field, type "cmd" and press Enter.
• Execute the following in the Command window

ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
